Not only is it painful to add a bookmark in the hierarchy with that stupid drop down tree control. Hitting Organise Bookmarks opens the bookmarks in the window that's currently in use, as opposed to another one like Firefox. Safari 4 is fast and sleek for sure, but they have totally missed some things. You forgot to mention the abysmal bookmark management.
